Oh Snap! Princess Charlotte Sasses Photographers at Prince Louis’ Christening

Serving up some royal attitude! Princess Charlotte hilariously threw shade at photographers outside of baby brother Prince Louis’ christening.

Prince William accompanied the 3-year-old little girl into the service on Monday, July 9, at the Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace, alongside Prince George, 4, and Duchess Kate, who was holding Louis. As Charlotte gripped her father’s hand, she off her bossy side to photographers snapping pics of the royal family.

“You’re not coming,” she declared, followed by a lengthy stare-down. The Duke of Cambridge, 36, gazed down at his daughter with a sheepish smile as she maintained eye contact with the press.

The princess, who is fourth in line to the British throne, is no stranger to making bold moves in the spotlight. While en route to Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan’s wedding in May, Charlotte adorably stuck her tongue out and giggled. She has also perfectly mastered her regal wave.

Charlotte’s sassy remarks at the christening may have been due to her close bond with 2-month-old Louis. A source exclusively told Us Weekly in May that Charlotte loves spending time with her little brother and similarly, George is very “protective” over his siblings. “Charlotte is really enjoying having a younger brother to play with. She’s taking her big sister duties very seriously,” the insider said. “She won’t leave baby Louis’ side.”

At the christening, the family of five were joined by Prince Charles, Duchess Camilla, Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry. The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Reverend Justin Welby, baptized the youngest royal. He also led the vows at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s May nuptials.
